Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Health & Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing employee health and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Your key responsibilities will include evaluating health plans, assessing benefits costs, and providing recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction. You will also collaborate with HR and management to implement effective strategies that support our workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in health benefits analysis is highly desirable.
