Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at XDT and Company, Inc. The ideal applicant should be a college graduate in any business course with at least 5 years of experience in the food industry, including 3 years in a managerial role. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with numbers are essential.
Prior experience with a multi-branch company is preferred. Willingness to travel for store visits and capability to create effective marketing plans are required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
