Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a qualified Leasing Officer to join our Leasing Department. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in property management/lease marketing at a supervisory level.
Responsibilities include filling vacancies, increasing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning and rental matrix, overseeing documentation for new tenants, and serving as the primary leasing contact during the first year of the mall’s operation. Proficiency in negotiation and a deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry are essential.
