Job Description
The Accounting Staff – AR at Xentro Malls is integral in providing financial, clerical, and administrative services. Your role will ensure efficient, timely, and accurate handling of payment-related accounting support.
Qualifications:
- Up-to-date billing statements.
- Prepare deposits for collections of checks and cash.
- Handle billing, collections, and reporting by deadlines.
- Monitor customer accounts for payments and irregularities.
- Follow up on collections.
Duties and Skills Required:
- Graduate in Accountancy/Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in AP/AR and accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Effective communication in English and Filipino.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
