Job Description
The Paralegal at Xentro Malls supports the Legal Department by researching case law, investigating facts, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents (shareholder agreements, IPO materials, stock option plans, employee contracts), and managing legal records. Duties include due diligence on property acquisitions, notarization, filing reports, liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies, and assisting with labor cases. Applicants should be a Law, Legal Management, or Paralegal graduate (or have started a Juris Doctor), possess 1–2 years’ paralegal experience, familiarity with labor law and contract drafting, be available to start immediately, and willing to work in Marikina City.
