Job Description
Manage tenant construction and compliance. Ideal candidates: business or related graduate; mall/hotel experience preferred; ambitious fresh graduates welcome. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Willingness to work six days per week on mall-hour shifts and on-site at a XentroMall required. Responsibilities: enforce construction/renovation guidelines, ensure lease and house-rule compliance, coordinate with Engineering and Leasing, expedite temporary/final clearances, inspect tenant areas, and submit timely reports.
