Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Mall Manager to oversee daily mall operations, leasing and tenant relations. Requires a bachelor’s in Operations, Business Management, Marketing or related and minimum 2 years’ experience. Must be skilled in administration, leasing procedures, negotiation, tenant management and mall operations; plus strong communication, customer service, decision-making, attention to detail, multitasking, professionalism and integrity. Must work 6 days/week, holidays and extended hours. Responsibilities include ensuring profitable operations, policy implementation, safety, supplier relations and timely reporting.
