Job Description
The Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations with emphasis on payables and financial audits. Responsible for developing and implementing financial systems, approving vouchers and journal entries, reconciling books, ensuring AP/GL integrity, regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC, permits), consolidating financial reports, preparing statements, budgets, projections and KPIs. Requires a Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting/Finance, CPA certification, 5+ years’ experience with managerial exposure, strong knowledge of accounting principles, general/cost accounting, accounting software, analytical skills, confidentiality, people management and excellent communication and time-management skills.
