Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Paralegal to support lawyers with legal research, fact investigation, drafting and analyzing documents, and administrative tasks. Core duties include preparing IPO and corporate documents, conducting property due diligence and ownership transfers, notarization, maintaining legal records, filing documents and liaising with government agencies, and supporting labor cases. Applicants must be a Law, Legal Management or Paralegal graduate (or have taken Juris Doctor), possess 1-2 years of paralegal experience, working knowledge of labor law, contracts and regulations, be available to start immediately, and willing to work in Marikina City.
