Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Sales Officer who is results-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate is confident, honest, analytical, detail-oriented, organized, reliable under pressure, and customer-service focused with strong oral and written communication. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and a Business graduate; familiarity with market trends, loan documents, and monitoring reports is preferred. Key responsibilities: make cold and warm calls, maintain positive customer relationships and after-sales support, handle inquiries, promote products and promotions, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors, and develop sales plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
