Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Leasing Officer. Candidate should hold a degree in Marketing, Business or Property Management with 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably 2 years in supervisory lease marketing/property management. Required skills include leasing operations, tenant negotiation and management, and strong knowledge of mall/retail and real estate sectors. Responsibilities include filling vacancies to maximize area value and profitability, increasing occupancy, establishing tenant zoning, mix and rental matrix, achieving projected payback through target rental rates, managing tenant documentation, and acting as the leasing point person during a mall’s first year.
