Job Description
Lead leasing operations and tenant mix for assigned malls. Degree in Marketing, Business, or Property Management with 2–3 years’ relevant experience (ideally 2 years in property/lease marketing at supervisory level). Responsibilities: fill vacancies, raise occupancy, create tenant zoning and rental matrices, meet payback and rental targets, manage lease documentation and act as leasing lead in the mall’s first year. Requires strong negotiation, tenant management and retail/real estate knowledge.
