Job Description
The Paralegal at Xentro Malls’ Legal Department will support lawyers by performing legal research, drafting and reviewing corporate and employment documents, conducting due diligence on property acquisitions, managing legal records, coordinating notarizations and liaising with government agencies. Candidates should be a Law, Legal Management or Paralegal graduate (or have Juris Doctor studies), possess 1–2 years’ paralegal experience, working knowledge of labor law, contracts and regulations, be available to start immediately and willing to work in Marikina City. Responsibilities include preparing IPO-related and shareholder documents, assisting with labor cases, field filings and supporting overall legal administration.
