Job Description
XISCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and maintain compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with team leaders, and fostering a positive work environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management is required, along with previous experience as a Plant Supervisor.
This full-time position offers a salary of Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month, plus health insurance and a 13th-month salary.
