Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installs and configures software and hardware systems
- Manages network servers and technology tools
- Sets up accounts and workstations
- Monitors performance and maintains systems
- Troubleshoots issues and outages
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in systems, networks, and protocols
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and willing to work shifts
