Job Description
Join our team in Davao as an Affiliate Psychometrician responsible for administering and scoring psychological assessments, developing and validating tests, and analyzing assessment data to support recruitment and development programs. Collaborate with regional partners to ensure test security, maintain documentation, and provide reports with actionable insights. Candidates must hold a Psychology degree (Master’s preferred), experience with psychometric methods and statistical software (R, SPSS), strong communication skills, and familiarity with local assessment regulations. Prior experience in test development or HR assessment is an advantage.
