Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an HR Operations Process Specialist! In this role, you will act as an end-to-end Subject Matter Expert, ensuring timely execution of all activities while meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include identifying controls, driving process improvements, and coordinating workstream reviews.
You will coach and train team members, support automation initiatives, and lead process improvement projects. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources, analytical skills, experience in payroll processing, and proficiency in SAP. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact with various stakeholders.
