Job Description
Nestlé is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance and Improvement Supervisor to oversee the efficient performance of manpower and resources in our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure our plant’s fixed assets operate reliably and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and improvements, collaborating with engineering and other departments.
- Maintain and monitor procedures for process machines to ensure safe operation.
- Lead job hazard analyses and conduct safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
