Job Description

The Customer Service Trainer at Capgemini designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for our Customer Service team members. This key role ensures that all staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to perform effectively and ethically while complying with regulatory standards.

Key Duties: Develop onboarding programs, create training modules on negotiation skills and customer service, conduct refresher sessions, provide coaching, measure training effectiveness, and align training with business goals.
