Experience Required:
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years of international contact center experience
- Good technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Prior digital/call center experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and comprehension skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing requests
