Job Description
Aktiv Multi Trading Co. Phils. Inc. is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in English and Filipino is required.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, handling disciplinary cases, and processing contributions. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of related experience and excellent communication skills.
This full-time position offers a salary of Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month and includes benefits.
