Job Description
ALFC Insurance Agency Corporation is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Officer (RSO) to enhance our sales performance across NCR, South Luzon, and North Luzon. The RSO will build a productive sales force, develop area-based agents, and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional sales plans and monitor performance.
- Lead and support sales teams; coach and mentor agents.
- Expand client base and insurance penetration in assigned areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 3–5 years in insurance sales with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
