Job Description
OPTIMUM SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Responsibilities include supporting key company deliverables for statutory requirements, overseeing recruitment, training, labor relations, and employee evaluations. 5 years of experience in the contracting, construction, or engineering industry is preferred. Candidates must be organized, proactive, and computer proficient.
Residents of Muntinlupa or Laguna Area are preferred.
