Job Description
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Learning Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization Training, and other language training programs to enhance our employees’ skills. You will also create, enhance, and facilitate additional training courses related to the Company’s Academy, ensuring continuous development and support for our workforce.
Qualifications
- Must have attended college for at least a year.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Background in ESL or English teaching is preferred but not required.
