Job Description
Become part of our dynamic team at BPOCaldwell Insights! We offer a competitive salary, 13th Month Pay, HMO coverage with three free beneficiaries on your first day, and a favorable maternity/paternity leave policy.
As a Non-Voice Encoder, your responsibilities will include assisting clients and responding to inquiries through various communication channels.
Candidates must have excellent English skills and be willing to work onsite within a 25km to 35km radius. BPO experience is a plus but not required.
