Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our growing team. We offer a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month, along with 13th Month Pay and HMO for three beneficiaries from day one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients.
- Handle mail, fax, and internet correspondences.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Engage with participants to understand inquiries.
Requirements:
- Open to college graduates; no experience required.
- High school graduates with BPO experience are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Availability for onsite work within 25km to 35km distance.
