Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Help Desk Environment, providing 1st level phone support. You should possess strong customer service skills, with experience in supporting hardware and software including PC, Macintosh, iPhone, and printers.
Key qualifications include being able to work independently, excellent verbal and written English skills, and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues. This role requires on-site work at the Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City, and may involve graveyard shifts and rotating schedules.
