Job Description
Cody Marketing Corp is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee daily operations including logistics, finance, and manpower management. The ideal candidate will identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions to enhance growth opportunities.
You will provide training and motivation for personnel, manage budgets, and ensure staff performance aligns with established KPIs. A degree in business or marketing is preferred, alongside 3-4 years of operations management experience, particularly in distribution.
