Job Summary: This role is integral to various capital markets operations functions, including client lifecycle management, data management, compliance operations, and transaction processing. Responsibilities encompass trade booking, clearing, trade confirmation, post-trade settlements, collateral management, and more.
Responsibilities: As a Multi-Channel Helpdesk Specialist, you will effectively address client queries with timeliness and accuracy. You will process trade exceptions, investigate financial mismatches, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of issues. Additionally, contribute to process improvements and foster a risk management culture within the team.
