Focus Global is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will collaborate on various recruitment efforts, enhancing the entire talent acquisition process from job posting to pre-boarding activities.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: job posting, pre-screening
- Candidate Management: pipeline management, scheduling, candidate endorsements
- Internal Processes: background checks
- Other TA duties as needed: ad hoc initiatives, research
