Job Description
Join Fortrea as a Medical Contact Center Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for responding to medical information queries and product quality complaints via telephone calls, emails, and faxes. You will also be tasked with receiving, recording, and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions in accordance with regulations and internal guidelines. Additional responsibilities include tracking various types of information and metrics, supporting quality control activities, and providing training. All other duties as assigned may also be required.
