Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila is searching for an exceptional Team Leader for our Grand Club. This role is crucial in providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to our guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable experience.
The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel’s executive floor, managing check-in and check-out procedures and the executive lounge’s daily functions. Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role at reputable hotels.
Key qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, excellent customer relations and communication skills, refined verbal and written abilities, and working knowledge of the OPERA system.
