Job Description
As part of Home Credit’s growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Operator to enhance our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing multichannel interactions through calls, emails, live chats, and social media, while maintaining professionalism at all times. You will resolve customer concerns, provide the best solutions to their issues, and promote our products to meet sales goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. A minimum of a high school diploma or completion of Grade 10 is required.
