Job Description
Honda Phil is seeking a qualified Human Resource Intern to join our Organization Development group under the Human Resource Management Department. We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a degree in Behavioral Sciences, including Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Organization Development. Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning about various facets of Human Resource Management operations, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Willingness to be deployed in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is essential.
