Job Description
Hooli Software is seeking a dedicated Virtual Executive Assistant who is ready to work from home until further notice. We offer a company-provided work-from-home setup with a monthly internet usage allowance. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.
The successful applicant will provide administrative assistance, maintain comprehensive records, perform minor accounting duties, and manage the executive’s calendar effectively. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, answering phone calls professionally, drafting communications, and prioritizing urgent matters.
Fluency in English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin, is required.
