Job Description
Insight Enterprises is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with technical issues and providing outstanding support.
Your responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and documenting interactions in our ticketing system. Collaborate with technical teams for timely issue resolution.
Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred.
