Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our SEA Customer Success team at Isentia. In this role, you will report to the Customer Success Manager and help our customers maximize their experience with Isentia and Pulsar platforms.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, configuring platforms, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with other departments.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. Experience in an ISP or similar industry is preferred.
