Job Description
Isuzu Phil is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Staff member to lead our culture building programs and employee engagement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing proposals based on employee feedback, creating newsletters, and coordinating with the Labor Management Council on labor matters.
Candidates must have a degree in Psychology or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
