Job Description

Join the prestigious Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in the thriving Taguig business district. We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our banquet kitchen team of over 20 chefs.

The ideal candidate will have a Culinary Arts Degree, 5-8 years of modern cuisine experience, and at least 4-5 years leading a large kitchen team. Strong knowledge in food costing, budgeting, and menu planning is essential.
