Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in the vibrant Fort Bonifacio district, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent. This iconic 60-storey hotel features 576 guestrooms, 97 hotel residences, and 98 exclusive Horizon Homes, all aimed at providing exceptional hospitality.
As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include delivering personalized guest service, creating memorable experiences, and maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Hospitality, relevant experience in a 5-star international hotel, and fluency in English, along with enthusiasm for guest interaction.
