Job Description

Join Jollibee Foods Corporation as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) and play a crucial role in driving sales success. The ARM assists the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by recommending promotional activities for Packaged Programs. You will also be responsible for implementing store programs effectively.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business course
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented fast food or quick service restaurant
• Strong customer management orientation with decision-making capabilities
• Ability to coach, develop, and supervise a team
• Understanding of basic store operations, operational improvements, and sales
