Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to join our team in Calamba, Laguna. The ARM will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through effective promotional activities and implementation of store programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business Related course.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong customer management skills with decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in coaching and supervising a team.
