Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is looking for an outstanding Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support our Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales targets. The ARM will recommend promotional activities and assist in implementing store programs effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related fields.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries.
- Strong customer management orientation.
- Skills in coaching and supervising a team.
- Knowledge of basic store operations.
