Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Management Trainee to oversee compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs, ensure effective daily operations for Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, and support the Restaurant Manager in building sales through client relations. You will assess opportunities in operations and manage workforce schedules while executing essential administrative activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Food or Business Related fields, excellent leadership and customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. A willingness to work on a shifting schedule and long hours is essential.
