Job Description
Join NTT DATA as a Customer Care Associate. You will provide exceptional front-line phone customer service to policyholders and internal customers, handling 75-100 calls daily. A strong knowledge of our insurance products will be developed.
Required Skills: 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency in Windows applications, high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills: Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with life insurance policies.
Initial 6 months onsite, potential for hybrid model thereafter.
