Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated BPO Customer Care Associate to deliver exceptional phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers. You will manage 75 to 100 calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in a professional setting, proficiency in Windows applications, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the insurance industry, especially with life insurance and annuities. Initial six months will be onsite, with hybrid options based on performance.
