Job Description
Majestic Press Inc. is seeking a Talent and Organization Supervisor to join our team at the Laguna Technopark Plant. In this role, you will collaborate with Department Heads to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will develop customized learning solutions, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust programs accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Training, preferably in a supervisory capacity, and have a strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles. Familiarity with developing web-based training is an advantage but not required.
