Job Description
Join our Claims Management Department as a Data Analyst. This role involves recording errors made by the Medical Data Associate, validating uploaded medical data, maintaining and updating physician and provider records, and uploading all received data into our systems (Payorlink and SAP) within specified turnaround times.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience in the HMO or insurance industry, familiarity with clinical/medical terminology, and the ability to identify process improvements. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
