The Business Center Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the Business Center Operations Support (BCOS) office. This position involves assisting the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhancing essential customer support and resource management processes, including:
- Service Application Processing and Management
- Unpaid Bills Processing and Management
- Payments and Documents Delivery Management
- Service Irregularity Processing and Management
- Outsourced Service Management
- Customer Records Management
Job Qualifications
