Job Summary:
The Billing Operations and Analytics Staff at MERALCO is responsible for executing operational, technical, and analytical billing tasks across various billing classes. This role involves generating, validating, and processing bills, managing billing discrepancies and abnormalities, handling billing adjustments, and overseeing the cancellation of invalid bills. You will also be tasked with managing bill printing and ensuring timely bill delivery.
